It's ironic that Miranda Kerr who's a lingerie model actually have a wardrobe malfunction while on the catwalk. As she was modeling a creation by designer Eva Brazzi for Liverpool department store's Fashion Fest in Mexico City, she accidentally flashed her underwear.
